About the Project

Partnering with a billion-dollar lab company, SprintTek transformed a previously paper-based system into a fully digitized logistics powerhouse. By integrating real-time order tracking, advanced filtering, and location mapping, we streamlined their order management and optimized their supply chain. Our custom-built driver app enhanced delivery accuracy and efficiency, providing end-to-end visibility and seamless communication across the entire logistics network.

Before SprintTek’s involvement, a billion dollar lab company's logistics system was disjointed and heavily reliant on manual processes. Route lists were printed, manifests were handled in Excel, and there was no real-time tracking or route optimization.

This made it difficult for dispatchers to monitor deliveries or adjust routes dynamically. Additionally, the system lacked key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to track mileage or package counts effectively.

Over the course of five years, SprintTek worked closely with the billion dollar lab company to develop a tailored, state-of-the-art logistics solution. This included implementing live monitoring for managers, real-time tracking of orders, and optimized routing based on ETA and distance.

SprintTek also introduced customizable views based on user roles, which streamlined the workflow and gave managers more control over operations. The new system allowed for seamless order management, including automated route generation, flexible scheduling, and digital tracking, greatly enhancing efficiency and transparency.
